The calendar year is nearly half-way through and we are now in the last quarter of our financial year. At the end of the third quarter we had already completed 2,468 cases, which is close to 600 more than we forecast for this point and just over 300 more than at the same time last year.
What a marvellous summer - at least for those of us not directly affected by water shortages. In our experience, there is a direct relationship between the number of complaints we receive and the weather. So it's not surprising to report the numbers of new complaints in the year to date are lower than last year.
